<p><em>Pemanfaatan model pembelajaran berbasis case method pada materi pengayaan pertambangan ilegal dalam pelestarian lingkungan untuk pengayaan materi aja SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda dengan enam aspek indikator yang sudah berjalan sesuai tahapan-tahapan dalam model pembelajaran berbasis case method. SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda merupakan sekolah yang sangat memberikan dukungan kepada seluruh siswa untuk terus berkembanga menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi. Dukungan ini dapat berupa pelaksanaan peran pihak sekolah sebagai fasilitator dan evaluator yang baik bagi para siswa melalui adanya pengayaan materi ajar yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan baru bagi siswa tentang alam sekitar. Pengayaan materi ajar SMP Negeri 29 Samarinda dengan pemanfaatan model pembelajaran pada materi pengayaan pertambangan ilegal memberikan dampak positif pada proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan optimisnya siswa menyelesaikan tugas diskusi kelompok, memahami materi dan kegigihan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran PPKn yang berlangsung. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh rata-rata nilai 90 perkelompok diskusi. <p><em>This research aims to identify the role of CAR in influencing the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on company value as measured by the Tobins Q value. The object of this research is conventional national commercial banks in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2017-2021 period. . From the sampling method used, 24 banks were selected as samples which were analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The research results show that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence on company value and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) cannot moderate the influence of LDR on company value. This research states that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) cannot strengthen the influence of LDR on company value as measured by Tobins Q. CAR or bank capital adequacy functions to strengthen the bank's resilience to risks that may arise from loans with poor collectability quality.</em></p>Sochib SochibFetri Setyo LiyundiroAni Yulianti

<p><em>The aim of the research is to determine whether student participation in OSIS activities can strengthen the nature of democracy and to determine the school's efforts to foster a spirit of participation through strengthening democracy in OSIS activities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were PPKn teachers, OSIS supervisors, OSIS members and students using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The research results show that student participation in various activities or programs can strengthen students' democratic nature, such as through student participation in the OSIS, students can learn about responsibility, cooperation and collective decision making. Apart from that, students who are actively involved in OSIS activities will better understand the importance of participation and contribution in an organization and also participation in the OSIS encourages students to be more open in communicating, conveying ideas, and accepting input from others, which is the essence of democratic nature. The school's efforts to foster a spirit of student participation through strengthening democracy in OSIS activities is an important strategy for forming students' character and social skills. <p><em>This research is motivated by the low ability of students in solving the story problem. So to improve the ability of the material researchers use alternative learning by using a realistic mathematical approach. This realistic mathematical approach is oriented to the real thing. So as to facilitate students to understand the abstract concept. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of realistic mathematical approach to the ability to solve the story problem addition, subtraction, and division. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with pre-experimental research design with the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research was conducted in class III SDN 2 Setiamulya Kecamatan Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. The instrument used in this research is giving test. The test is performed before treatment (pretest) and after treatment (posttest). Data analysis is done by quantitative data analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013 program. Based on the data analysis obtained from the research, it can be concluded that the process of learning mathematics with realistic mathematics approach in accordance with the four stages of realistic mathematical approach can improve students' abilities addition, subtraction, and division in grade II primary school.
