Abstract

Foot massage merangsang aliran energi, meningkatkan sirkulasi darah, meredakan nyeri, dan membantu mengurangi pembengkakan. Diharapkan dengan memberikan pijat kaki, ibu dapat pulih lebih cepat setelah operasi. Namun, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh yang lebih pasti dan metode penerapannya yang aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh foot massage terhadap mobilisasi dini post sectio caesarea di RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimental pre test and post test control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu post sectio caesarea, dengan metode sampling nonprobability sampling teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 16 orang kelompok intervensi dan 16 orang kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji wilcoxon nilai-p=0,000 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti ada perbedaan mobilisasi dini sebelum dan sesudah pemberian foot massage pada pasien post sectio caesarea kelompok intervensi di RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. Hasil uji wilcoxon nilai-p=0,010 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang berarti ada perbedaan mobilisasi dini sebelum dan sesudah pada pasien post sectio caesarea kelompok kontrol di RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. Hasil uji statistik Mann-WhitneyU didapatkan nilai-p sebesar 0,013 (p>0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh foot massage terhadap mobilisasi dini pada pasien post sectio caesarea di RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. Ada pengaruh foot massage terhadap mobilisasi dini pada pasien post sectio caesarea di RSD dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo.
